1. Scheme Applicability

All plot applications submitted through this portal are governed by the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna - Affordable Plotted Housing Policy 2016 and applicable policy notifications issued by the Town & Country Planning Department (TCP), Government of Haryana.

2. Eligibility & Allotment Procedure

Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 or above. Plot allotment will be conducted on 29-07-2026 under supervision.

3. Building Norms & FAR

All residential plot developments must comply with The Haryana Building Code 2017. Construction of up to Stilt + 4 floors is permitted with independent floor registration.

4. Payment Compliance

Allottees must adhere strictly to the payment plan schedule. Failure to pay installment dues within stipulated timelines may result in allotment cancellation in accordance with policy guidelines.
