Scheme Objective & Vision
The Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) was launched by the Government of Haryana under the Town & Country Planning Department (TCP) to combat unplanned urban sprawl and empower low and middle-income families with legal, registry-ready affordable plots and independent floors.

Registry Allowed for Independent Plots
Each plot can be registered separately with individual title deeds.
Higher Floor Area Ratio (FAR)
Enhanced FAR up to 2.64 allows optimal utilization of residential space.
Integrated Infrastructure
Compulsory 9m/12m internal wide roads, street lights, underground drainage, and green parks.
Easy Bank Loan Support
Approved by major nationalized & private banks for up to 80% housing loans.
